Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. Orders cancelled or refused on delivery will incur a redelivery / return fee of £15

Returns
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order with a return authorization number. Only unused and unopened Items with its original packaging and accessories will be accepted.
All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee but shipping charges will not be consider(not refundable), therefore we encourage you to estimate your needs as closely as possible.
Returned shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Product received without a Return Authorization or non-returnable items with or without a Return Authorization Number will become property of Partydecorate and no refund will be given.
Please note that
We cannot accept returns or take any responsiblity of following items.
- Disposable Helium Cylinders - Reason as we are not able to gauge the amount of helium in the cylinder when returned to us if you no longer want the item.
- Balloon Weights.
We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect use of the item, over inflation of balloons or loss of helium when inflating balloons. We accept no liability for any harm or damage that comes from using our products if used irresponsibly or incorrectly. If any of our products are being used or handled by children, responsibility lies with the adults responsible for the child or children. Any instructions given by us, or third parties working on our behalf, should be strictly adhered to
Imprinted items are non-returnable.
