Please note that we are currently not able to dispatch Disposable Helium Cylinders to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland Channel Island & Isles due to being a flyable zone for dispatching compressed gas.

 

Shipping & Handling

When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. We will keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team via the Contact Us button at the top of this page.Our all balloons come in flat pack & suitable for Helium.

We can only deliver to your delivery address given at the time of order. After they have been sent we can not change the delivery address for any reason. Orders canceled or refused on delivery after they have been sent will incur a redelivery / return fee of £15.

Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.

IMPORTANT - Please ensure the address you provide is 100% correct, full and complete with postcode. You will be sent an email after ordering that confirms your order details. Make sure they are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode or other parts of your address are wrong.

Please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your item at the delivery address. You can suggest a safe alternative where we can leave your parcel. However if a parcel is left without a signature it is no longer our responsibility. Should your parcel be stolen we are unable to replace your goods. The courier will take the parcel back to their depot and leave a card to advise you of this. They will automatically try to re-deliver the next day, however after two attempts they will hold it at the depot for you and you will need to collect it. If you would like them to re-deliver a third time there is a charge of £8.00 for them to do so.

Late Deliveries

As we rely on third parties we cannot guarantee these delivery times, because as we all know from time to time things do go wrong that are completely out of our control. We always advise that you order goods early to avoid any delivery problems. If a delivery has been attempted and you were not in to receive your parcel you will not be entitled to a refund.

Stock Availability

If on the odd occasion that we run out of stock of an item you have ordered, you will always be emailed with information regarding the item and given options depending on when your event is due.

If you are in any way concerned about the delivery date you may cancel the order at any time up to the point we despatch your order and we will refund you in full.
